How to Use
- Upon first use, swirl your fingertip in a circular motion, this will activate the Lid Illumes for optimal color payoff and break the top seal (be sure to use firm pressure)
- For more pigment, apply directly to eyelid using fingertips. For a diffused wash of color, apply with an eyeshadow brush (be sure to use firm pressure)
- Can be worn as a highlighter
