How to Use
- Wear Alone: Swipe across the top and bottom lips. Repeat if desired.
To shape and define, apply PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil, following your pout's natural contours or drawing just outside the lip line for added volume. - Apply as a Topper: After applying your base lip color, top with a layer of LUST: Gloss&trade:, concentrating on the center of your pout.
