How to Use
- Start with dry hands and dry skin. Gently massage the Oil-to-Gel Cleanser into the face in circular motions to dissolve makeup and daily residue.
- Wet the hands with warm water and continue washing the face as the product transforms into a cleansing milk.
- Rinse and pat dry.
