Brocky Marciano has it figured out.

The multi-hyphenate creative is a culture guru of sorts, working intimately with today’s biggest artists (think Drake, ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar etc.), managing multiple producers, acting as an integral part of the amorphous creative ‘agency’ No Vacancy Inn and somehow managing to squeeze in a role as Senior Vice President of A&R at Warner Bros.

Although this multitude of seemingly full-time jobs (not to mention his various side projects) would leave many people high-strung and frazzled, Brocky is the opposite; relaxed, calm and more than happy to sit back and talk with us about music, sports, fashion or anything else under the sun in his Hollywood home. It was a refreshing energy at a time when everyone is seemingly just too busy, and his genuine interest in the people and world around him quickly made it clear to us why so many of the planet’s most influential artists seek his perspective and advice.
