GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS
Purchase and use of a gift certificate or gift card ("Gift Card") that is issued by Revolve Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Revolve Group, Inc.") constitutes acceptance of the Revolve Group, Inc., Gift Certificate Terms, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (see Revolve.com and FWRD.com) (collectively, the "Terms"). Gift Cards cannot be reloaded. Gift Cards cannot be used for previous purchases, merchandise credits, prior layaways, or the purchase of additional gift cards or fundraising items, and cannot be used to make a payment towards the balance on a credit card. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law. All sales of Gift Cards are final and will not be refunded. Gift Cards and their available balances will never expire unless otherwise required by law. Gift Cards are subject to escheatment laws and other regulations that vary by state. Unused Gift Cards that exceed varying dormancy periods may be reported and/or escheated based on current applicable law. Gift Cards are void if copied, altered, transferred, purchased, or sold. IF LOST OR STOLEN, GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE REPLACED. Terms are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards issued by Revolve Group, Inc. are only redeemable for eligible purchases of merchandise sold at designated Revolve Group, Inc. online and physical retail locations. WATCH OUT FOR GIFT CARD SCAMS! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING IF SOMETHING SEEMS SUSPICIOUS!
- Be suspicious of anyone who contacts you unexpectedly asking to be sent gift cards.
- Gift cards are for gifts, NOT for payments. Anyone who asks you to pay with a gift card is likely a scammer. Report gift cards used in a scam to the companies that issued the gift cards. Then, report it to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint or similar government agency in your locality.
